Lauren Delve

Occupational Therapist

I’m originally from Mackay and moved to Brisbane to study Occupational Therapy, graduating in 2025. During my studies, I discovered a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation, particularly through my personal experiences working in aged care and with people living with dementia, as well as supporting clients with disabilities. These roles really shaped my passion for working alongside people to help them maintain independence and keep doing the things that matter most to them. This is because I value my independence and I wish to ensure others have the opportunities that they deserve.

Having recently moved to the Sunshine Coast, I am excited to be starting my graduate journey in a neuro-focused organisation. I’m looking forward to continuing to learn, grow my skills, and support clients in a meaningful and person-centred way.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the beach, reading a good book, exploring new places, wandering through markets, at Pilates, or on the hunt for a great coffee.
