Let's get to know each other

The first time you meet our clinicians you can expect to have a detailed clinical assessment completed with a focus on your goals and how we are going to achieve.

Planning, planning, planning!

At this stage we are going to set out a therapy plan to focus on your specific goals which may involve; weekly, fortnightly or monthly, at the pool, gym, beach or home, we will be there working with you to tackle your goals.

The sky's the limit

Do you want to get back on your boat? Do you want to get back on the beach? Do you want to get on and off the floor to play with the grandkids? Kayaking, fishing, hiking, outdoor adventures, rolling easier in bed; you name it, we’ll work on it.

“We have high ethical standards at our practice. We’re not in this to make money, but to do what’s best for people. We train and empower our staff to do what’s right by clients every day. If we see any concerning issues affecting your clients, we’ll flag those with you.”
